How are business reviews verified?
Unlike open web platforms, every review author must hold an authenticated mobile identity and be part of the verified member directory. Reviews flagged for spam or conflict of interest are automatically audited.
How can I register my business on TrustGrid?
You can sign up via the "Register Business" link, enter your category, tax or GST credentials, operating address, and submit for community peer validation.
Is TrustGrid free to use for consumers and searchers?
Yes! Searching, filtering, viewing locations, and checking mutual trust connections is 100% free for everyone.
What is the "ASKs" section in the navigation?
The ASKs feature allows community members to post specific requirements (e.g. "Looking for an industrial electrical contractor in Metoda GIDC") and receive trusted recommendations directly from verified peers.
Can I send direct referrals through the platform?
Yes, by clicking the "Send Referral" button on any business profile, you can forward verified contact info and introductory notes directly to a colleague or client.
